Each 3D printer or 3D scanner is sold with warranty according the manufacturer terms (see our Terms and conditions page). MakerPoint offers you much more in the form of MakerCare Services Plans and trainings. MakerCare Service Plans give you access to our team of experts for technical support, training and maintenance & repair. You can find more info here.
  • If you have a warranty issue or a MakerCare Service Plan and technical question about a product, please contact our support team by Creating a support ticket. Our Support Team will send you a response within one working day.

  • If you don't have a MakerCare Service plan yet and wish to purchase one please contact our sales team or go directly to the product pages here to purchase a plan.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that your order arrives complete and on time. To achieve this, we ship all items in your order together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll ship your order once all items are available.  If you need your items sooner please contact us after placing your order to discuss the possibility of a partial delivery. For your convenience, you can also specify a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. ​We will ​create a partial delivery to ship ​the items in stock.

Pick-up

It's possible to choose pick-up at MakerPoint Arnhem during check-out. Please note that orders have to be completely processes and paid for. It's not possible to pay for an order at pick-up. Please contact us to tell us when you plan to pick-up your order.
