INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS OF CARDS 3D PRINTING SOLUTIONS

Effective August 1st 2023, MakerPoint has acquired the cards 3D Printing Solutions activities from cards PLM Solutions. This allows us to become an even better partner for 3D printing and 3D scanning products and services. The teams at cards 3D Printing Solutions and MakerPoint have now merged and will continue under the MakerPoint name. 

What does this mean for me as a customer?

Contact

• Mark Burghoorn will remain your point of contact for sales. He is now part of the MakerPoint Sales team as sales engineer.  
• For services like training, maintenance & repair, you will be supported by the MakerPoint Services team. 
• The office of cards 3D Printing Solutions will continue as MakerPoint Best. The office of MakerPoint Eindhoven will therefore be closed in the near future. 
• The new phone number is +31 85 0187407. This is the central phone number for all MakerPoint teams. 

Accounts and website 

• You will receive an email with information about the transfer of your customer account shortly. If you want to place an order in the mean time, please contact us. 
• The cards 3D Printing Solutions products have been integrated with the MakerPoint portfolio. Web links for products in the cards 3D Printing webshop are automatically redirected to the correct product on the MakerPoint website.

Sales 

• Active quotes from cards 3D Printing Solutions are being converted to quotes from MakerPoint.  
• Purchase orders, quotation requests and questions about products or orders can be sent to sales@makerpoint.nl.  
• Ongoing and new shipments will be sent from the central warehouse at MakerPoint Arnhem.  

Services

• All active service tickets have been transferred to the new system. If you have a technical problem or training or service request, we will contact you about it.  
• If you experience a new technical problem, please create a tech support ticket via this link.  
• Ongoing service contracts and requests will maintain the previously agreed upon prices and conditions.
