With a flexural modulus of approximately 4000 MPa, it occupies the practical sweet spot between standard engineering resins and the extreme stiffness of Rigid 10K - offering high rigidity while remaining more forgiving in terms of surface finish and post-processing.

Rigid 4000 is the preferred choice for production jigs and fixtures, technical enclosures, brackets and supports where dimensional stability and resistance to deflection under load are critical. Its glass-fiber reinforcement suppresses creep and improves thermal stability compared to unfilled resins, making it reliable in workshop and light industrial environments.
