Formlabs Rigid 10K Resin is the stiffest resin in the Formlabs engineering lineup for the Form 4, with a flexural modulus of approximately 10,000 MPa. Reinforced with glass fibers, it delivers the kind of stiffness that was previously only achievable with machined aluminum or high-performance composites - but with the design freedom and speed of SLA printing.

Rigid 10K is the go-to material for aerodynamic models requiring minimal deflection under airflow loads, production jigs and fixtures where every micron of movement affects part quality, and high-load structural brackets and mounts. Its exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio and good thermal stability make it suitable for demanding engineering environments. For applications where some surface finish versatility is preferred alongside high stiffness, Rigid 4000 (article 210000005965) is a more balanced alternative.
