Formlabs Flame Retardant Resin is a specialised SLA resin for the Form 4 platform that meets UL94 V0 flammability requirements, enabling the production of enclosures, housings and components that must comply with fire safety standards. The V0 rating means cured parts self-extinguish within 10 seconds after a flame is removed, making this resin essential for electronics enclosures, aerospace interiors, industrial control panels and any regulated application requiring flame resistance. Available in a 1kg (0.84L) format.

Flame Retardant Resin prints with the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of standard Formlabs resins, enabling direct production of compliant parts from CAD data without moulding or machining. This significantly compresses the development cycle for certified components and allows rapid iteration on fire-safe designs. Fully compatible with the Form 4 cartridge system and PreForm software.
