Formlabs ESD Resin is a specialised SLA resin for the Form 4 platform engineered to dissipate electrostatic charge, making it suitable for manufacturing and handling environments where electrostatic discharge poses a risk to electronic components or assemblies. Cured parts exhibit permanent static dissipative properties, enabling their use as jigs, fixtures, trays, assembly tools and enclosures in electronics production, PCB handling and semiconductor manufacturing workflows.

ESD Resin prints with the precision and surface quality of standard Formlabs resins, allowing highly accurate ESD-safe parts to be produced directly from CAD data without secondary processes. It is fully compatible with the Form 4's LFS print engine and PreForm software, integrating seamlessly into professional production workflows. A 1L cartridge provides sufficient volume for ongoing fixture and tooling production.
