Ultimaker PPS CF (Polyphenylene Sulfide Carbon Fiber) is a premium engineering filament engineered for the most demanding industrial printing environments. Available in 2.85 mm diameter for use with the Ultimaker S5, S7, and compatible pro systems, PPS CF combines the inherent chemical resistance and high service temperature of PPS with the added stiffness and dimensional stability of carbon fibre reinforcement.

PPS CF is the material of choice for applications where parts must perform in chemically aggressive environments, at elevated temperatures, or under sustained mechanical load. Typical use cases include fluid-handling components, automotive under-hood parts, aerospace brackets, and high-temperature jigs and fixtures. The carbon fibre fill delivers a stiff, lightweight result with excellent layer adhesion when printed in a controlled enclosure.
