The Bambu Lab AMS Active Support Shaft Assembly is the motorised (active) spool carrier shaft used in the AMS (Automatic Material System). It supports the filament spool on the driven side and works in coordination with the driven support shaft to rotate the spool smoothly during filament feeding. This assembly is the OEM replacement part for restoring full AMS functionality when the active shaft shows wear, damage or feeding irregularities.
