The Formlabs Fuse Depowdering Kit Sifter with 300 Sieve is the coarser-mesh configuration of the Formlabs Fuse powder sifting station, equipped with a 300 micron mesh sieve. While the standard 150 micron sieve is optimized for Nylon 11 and Nylon 12 particle recovery, the 300 micron version is suited for SLS materials or post-processing conditions where a coarser particle separation point is preferred or required.

The 300 Sieve sifter automates the powder separation and recovery process, reducing manual powder handling time and maintaining powder quality for subsequent print cycles. It is compatible with the full Formlabs Fuse post-processing workflow and can be used as part of a complete depowdering station. The standard 150 Sieve version (art. 210000005612) is also available.
