The 150 micron specification matches standard Formlabs SLS powder particle sizes for Nylon 11 and Nylon 12, making this the go-to sifter for most Fuse SLS workflows.

The sifter separates degraded powder and clumps from recoverable material, enabling reuse of clean powder and maintaining correct powder refresh ratios. Automated sifting dramatically reduces manual powder handling time compared to manual sieving. The 150 Sieve version is the standard choice; a 300 Sieve version (art. 210000005613) is also available for coarser particle applications.
