Additive manufacturing in the Royal Netherlands Aerospace Center with the miniFactory Ultra

Additive manufacturing in the Royal Netherlands Aerospace Center with the miniFactory Ultra MakerPoint is happy to facilitate the new collaboration between miniFactory and NLR (Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre), who have signed a collaboration agreement to provide recognition of the certification process for aerospace industry parts manufactured using the FFF 3D printing technology. The project is focused on printed carbon fiber reinforced high-performance polymers and metal-filled polymers. The study will be using miniFactory’s ULTRA 3D printer together with the Aarni process monitoring system. MakerPoint delivers the printer and materials, servicing and training.
