Description

NON-HAZARDOUS CLEANING PRODUCT FOR DLP, LCD AND SLA PRINTS
Method of use:
  • Ultrasonic cleaning
  • Manual or magnetic stirrer (preferred method)
  • Manual by immersion in a container (glass or polyethylene) and shake by hand until the point where the excess resin dissolves
  • In automatic washing systems (such as Form Wash, BB Cleaner, Elma etc.)
Procedure with manual method of use or with stirrer:
  1. Put the liquid in the container
  2. Move the container with the immersed piece for about 1 minute or activate the stirrer
  3. Leave the printed parts in the liquid for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove the pieces and wash with hot water
  5. Blow the objects with compressed air
  6. Proceed with the UV curing of the printed objects
The RcA resin cleaning agent has an evaporation rate similar to that of water.
