Description

The Form 3L offers large build volume, high print speeds and accuracy combined with a wide range of materials. Produce high-quality prototypes and end-use parts consistently with the Form 3L SLA 3D printer. With the user-friendly software Preform, CAD models can be easily converted to print files and run through. Managing and combining multiple systems to increase overall print capacity from prototyping to production is easy with the Form 3L Preform Dashboard.

The Complete Package includes the Form Wash L, an automated machine, a duo with the Form Cure L, to remove residual resin. Form Wash L automates this process, leaving you with smooth, clean, high-quality parts every time. Once washing completes, parts are lifted out of the solvent to air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints. The embedded solvent monitor helps you maintain peak cleaning performance by notifying you when it’s time to replace your solvent.

The Form Cure L is an SLA post-curing machine reaches the maximum mechanical properties of 3D printed parts and achieves peak dimensional accuracy. Form Cure L uses two 500W heaters (reaching 80 °C) and high-powered UV lights alongside a reflective inner cavity and rotating turntable to provide a consistent, high-intensity cure.

Dual LFS™ technology  
The Formlabs LFS™ technology ensures very high surface quality, even with very flexible materials. The Form 3L has two laser units (LPU) for a larger build volume and higher print speeds, compared to its little brother the Form 3(+).  The combination LFS™ technique with adaptive layer technology, ensures a very high production speed without compromising the print quality.  
Preform and Dashboard software  
Easily convert complex 3D models to printable files with Preform. Place, orient and support placement at the touch of a button. Additionally, scaling and managing SLA production has never been easier with the online Formlabs Dashboard.  
Easy to change materials    
Switch from rigid material to soft material in a moment. The easy material change lets you get more out of the printing system. For each material you use, you need a separate Resin Tank.
Break-away support   
The combination of increased laser power and light filter allows for very fine printed support adhesion. This "light touch" support adhesion breaks away easily and leaves minimal marks on the printed part
