It has been engineered to meet the tight dimensional tolerances and regulatory requirements of class II medical devices, with full biocompatibility documentation to support clinical workflows.

Printed parts can be terminally sterilised using standard hospital sterilisation methods, making it a practical material for pre-operative preparation. The resin is compatible with the Form 4 and Form 4B printers and works with the validated Formlabs wash and cure workflow to ensure consistent, ready-to-use output. With 1 litre per cartridge, it is well-suited for clinical labs and orthopaedic or dental practices with regular guide production volumes.
