Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin V1 is a soft elastomeric photopolymer for the Form 2 and Form 3 SLA printers, producing parts with a Shore hardness of approximately 80A - comparable to soft rubber or a firm silicone. It is designed for applications where high flexibility, compressibility and rubber-like feel are needed, such as grips, handles, gaskets, seals, vibration dampening elements, overmold layer simulations and wearable prototypes.

Flexible 80A is the softest material in the standard Formlabs elastomeric resin range and enables the printing of parts that would be difficult or impossible to replicate with rigid photopolymers. The 1 L cartridge is compatible with the Form 2 and Form 3 material management system. Correct post-processing with Form Wash and Form Cure is required for full elastomeric performance. For biomedical or clinical flexible applications, Formlabs offers the BioMed range as an alternative.
