Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin V1.1 is a rubber-like photopolymer resin for the Form 4, supplied in a high-volume 5-litre cartridge. With a Shore hardness of 80A, it produces parts that are soft, compressible and highly flexible - closely simulating the feel of silicone or soft rubber without the complexity of two-component casting processes.

Flexible 80A is the material of choice for ergonomic grips, gaskets, seals, impact-absorbing components, overmould prototypes and wearable device parts. It enables rapid, accurate flexible part production in a standard SLA workflow.
