Formlabs BioMed Flex 80A Resin for Form 4B is a biocompatible semi-flexible photopolymer with Shore 80A hardness, designed for use on the Formlabs Form 4B medical-grade SLA printer. Its rubber-like mechanical behavior positions it between the ultra-soft BioMed Elastic 50A and the more rigid BioMed Durable V1.1, covering the mid-range of flexible medical component applications.

This resin is ISO 10993 compliant and is well-suited for medical seals, gaskets, flexible connectors, over-mold simulations and other components where a moderate level of flexibility combined with biocompatibility is required. It provides reliable elasticity under repeated compression and deformation cycles, supporting long-term use in medical device assemblies.
