Description
Formlabs BioMed Durable Resin V1.1 for Form 4B is a biocompatible photopolymer engineered for the production of durable, semi-flexible medical device components on the Formlabs Form 4B medical-grade SLA printer. With its polypropylene-like behavior, low flexural modulus and excellent wear resistance, it bridges the gap between rigid resins and soft elastomers for medical applications.
This resin is ISO 10993 compliant and is designed for components that will be subject to repeated mechanical stress, snap-fit assemblies, flexible housing elements or parts requiring patient contact with a durable yet yielding surface. It is suitable for medical device housings, handles and other structural components where resilience and biocompatibility are both required.
