Ultimaker CPE (co-polyester) Green 2.85 mm is an official engineering filament that bridges the gap between easy-printing PLA and demanding ABS. CPE offers excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of solvents, oils, and common cleaning agents, making it a preferred material for functional prototypes, end-use parts, and components that will be exposed to chemicals in industrial or laboratory environments. Its moderate heat resistance and impact strength are well above those of standard PLA.

CPE prints with less warping than ABS and does not require a fully enclosed printer, making it more accessible while still delivering engineering-grade performance. Green CPE is a practical choice for colour-coded functional parts, safety components, or any application where a bold colour differentiates the part from surrounding elements.
