Bambu Lab PLA Wood in Rosewood is a wood-fibre composite filament that combines the ease of PLA with real wood particles to deliver a surface finish that looks, feels, and even smells faintly like natural wood. It is a warm reddish-brown with the rich depth of rosewood - distinctive for decorative pieces and high-end display objects, making it a versatile choice for decorative objects, artistic models, figurines, props, and interior design pieces where a natural aesthetic sets the work apart.

PLA Wood prints easily without an enclosure and requires no active drying for most applications. It is compatible with standard 0.4 mm brass nozzles, though a hardened nozzle will extend nozzle life when printing continuously. The matte, slightly grainy surface texture can be further enhanced by light sanding, staining, or waxing after printing, allowing for highly realistic wood-look finishes that are difficult to achieve with standard filaments.
