PLA Wood prints easily without an enclosure and requires no active drying for most applications. It is compatible with standard 0.4 mm brass nozzles, though a hardened nozzle will extend nozzle life when printing continuously. The matte, slightly grainy surface texture can be further enhanced by light sanding, staining, or waxing after printing, allowing for highly realistic wood-look finishes that are difficult to achieve with standard filaments.
