The Formlabs Form 4 Backlight Unit is the official replacement component for the backlight assembly on the Form 4 SLA printer. The backlight illuminates the printer's display panel and provides the lighting required for the touchscreen interface to function correctly. A failed or degraded backlight results in a dark or unreadable display, making it difficult to monitor print status, navigate settings or respond to printer notifications during a build.

This is a genuine Formlabs OEM part matched to the Form 4's display specifications. Replacement restores full display visibility and touchscreen responsiveness, returning the printer to normal operation. This is the Form 4 version; a separate backlight unit is available for the Form 4L (see article 210000007676).
