The 3D Solex Everlast nozzle in 0.80mm for the Ultimaker 2+ is a hardened, wear-resistant nozzle designed for high-throughput applications and extended use with both standard and abrasive filaments. The Everlast series from 3D Solex uses a harder nozzle material than standard brass, providing significantly improved resistance to the abrasive wear caused by carbon-fibre, glass-fibre, metal-filled and glow-in-the-dark filaments, as well as offering a longer service life with standard materials.

The 0.80mm diameter allows high extrusion flow rates for fast printing of large structural parts, draft models and production runs. Combining the high-throughput 0.80mm diameter with Everlast wear resistance makes this nozzle an efficient choice for production environments. Also available in 0.60mm (210000001737) for a balance between speed and surface quality in the Everlast series.
